Privacy policy

Your data, kept to a minimum.

The short version

· I only collect what you type into the inquiry form.

· No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no analytics profiles.

· Your details are never sold, and only shared with the services needed to run this site.

· You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data at any time.

1. Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by L. Rahlan, trading as ARAKNE ("I", "me"). I am the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach me about anything privacy-related at lee@arakne.systems.

2. What I collect

When you send an inquiry, I collect the details you choose to give me:

· Your name and email address

· Your country of residence and preferred language

· The allocation range you select and any message you write

· Your confirmation of the risk statement

If you then email me, I also hold that correspondence. Like any website, the hosting provider briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse. I don't use it to identify you.

3. Why I use it

· To reply to your inquiry and talk through suitable strategies (to take steps at your request).

· To provide ongoing updates you've asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

· To keep this site secure and working (legitimate interests).

· To check that I'm able to work with you, for example based on where you live (legal obligations and legitimate interests).

4. Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and you'll be asked for consent where the law requires it.

5. Who it's shared with

Your data is never sold or rented. It is only handled by services that help run this site, under their own data protection terms:

· Website hosting: Cloudflare

· Form handling and storage: Cloudflare

· Email: Proton Mail

If you choose to open a broker account through a link on this site, the broker may be able to see that you arrived from ARAKNE. I don't pass your inquiry details to brokers. Any account you open is governed by that broker's own privacy policy.

6. International transfers

Some of the services above may store data outside your country. Where that happens, I rely on providers that use recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long I keep it

Inquiries that don't lead anywhere are deleted after 12 months. If we work together, I keep our correspondence for as long as I'm providing a service to you and for up to 3 years afterwards, then delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask me to:

· Show you the data I hold about you, or send you a copy

· Correct anything that's wrong

· Delete your data

· Stop or limit how I use it, or withdraw your consent

Email lee@arakne.systems and I'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiries are stored in a private database and delivered to my Proton Mail inbox. No system is perfectly secure, but I keep access to your data limited to me alone.

10. Age

This site is intended for adults only. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
